10 Barrel Brewing Co. was founded in 2006 by three passionate beer enthusiasts: Chris and Jeremy Cox, along with Garrett Wales1. Originally named Wildfire Brewing, they had to change the name due to trademark issues. Their vision was to create a unique and innovative brewery that offered top-notch craft beers while maintaining a laid-back atmosphere.
In 2013, they opened their Boise location. The company expanded rapidly, partnering with Anheuser-Busch in 2014. Recently, in 2023, 10 Barrel was acquired by Tilray Brands, a company known for its cannabis and lifestyle products.
